Clarification: We'll meet face-to-face or have a chat on the phone to determine your needs and understand your key issues and challenges. Once we clarify what you need, we will then send through an estimate outlining possible solutions and approximated costs and timescales. Should the estimate be agreeable, we then arrange a visit to your office.
Analysis: Before we visit your office, provide you with an agenda to give you time to gather the information we require to undertake a thorough assessment of your needs. If we agree on the needs, we'll put together a detailed proposal outlining our suggestions to meet your requirements. We'll also include a fixed-price quotation and an outline of timescales for the key phases.
Design: Once we have a signed agreement, we will proceed to design a bespoke solution with as little interruption to your business as possible. We will keep you informed of our progress and allow you to make changes to the specifications as we progress.
Implementation: When you are completely satisfied with the solution a final release will be prepared and made available to you. We will provide any necessary training and guides to make the transition to the new system a painless process for all users.
Monitor: Implementation is not the end of the process as far as kdConnect is concerned. We will continue to monitor the system and offer a full month of free support with the option of taking out a longer support contract if needed.
